School Development Plan

School development planning is a continuous process. As it is not rigid, it will alter as evaluation and review occur at times during the year.  The School Development Plan will be reviewed annually and incorporate the school’s response to the recommendations made in its last Ofsted Inspection report (June 2015).
Our whole learning community will continue to be involved in this process through consultation, helping to build capacity for future improvement.

This plan, therefore, sets out how we aim not only to maintain performance but also to raise overall school standards, individual pupil achievement and to place staff development at the heart of school improvement. It also documents the dynamic relationship with the wider community.

Our strength comes from a relentless focus on providing high quality learning and teaching experiences, within a culture of continuous improvement. Governors and staff look forward to working in partnership with everyone within our learning community to achieve our collective aims and ultimately benefit the pupils in our care.
